Public Service Announcement: The weather conditions this week are ideal for an ice storm. Ice storms happen between the range of 32 and 38 degrees and with precipitation. Don't forget that over the last two decades, we've seen the most damaging ice storms in January and February! Just 1/4 of an inch of ice is all that it takes to bring the tree crashing down!
